Your Rights
You have the right to request that North Warwickshire Borough Council stops processing your personal data in relation to any Council service. Where possible, the Council will comply with your request but there are some situations where we won’t be able to do so, for example, where the Council is required to hold or process information to comply with a legal requirement.
Please be aware that if we do cease processing your personal data, it may cause delays or hinder the Council’s ability to provide you with services.
We try to ensure that all information we hold about you is correct but if you find that this is not the case, you have the right to have your details corrected. Please contact us via customerservices@northwarks.gov.uk
You are legally entitled to request access to and a copy of information we hold about you. You are also legally entitled to request access to personal data records regarding yourself which are held by the Council. Again, the Council will seek to comply with your request but there may be some situations where it will not be able to do this in full.
