How we protect your information
We don’t want to be intrusive and so won’t ask irrelevant or unnecessary questions when you contact us for services, however, there are certain details that are specifically required and we have to ask for these. The information you provide will be subject to internal procedures to ensure it can’t be seen, accessed or disclosed to anyone who shouldn’t see it. We have a Data Protection and Privacy Policy and a set of Information Security Policies which define our commitments and responsibility to your data security and in addition, carry out staff training on all aspects of data security for all staff. Any misuse of data by our staff can result in disciplinary action.
There is also a Data Retention Policy in place which dictates that data is not kept for any longer than it’s needed or the length of time the law stipulates for specific documents.
All data whether paper or electronic is disposed of securely.
