Parking charges
We have been informed about a rise in scam messages being sent to mobile phones. These messages falsely claim that you have an outstanding parking ticket and urge you to make a payment.
The message will often include a link that directs you to a fraudulent payment site or may infect your phone with a virus.
If you receive a message like this, please:
- Do not click the link
- Disregard the message
- Block the sender’s number
- Report the incident to the Fraud Action Line at 0300 123 2040 (available Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 8 PM)

North Warwickshire Borough Council’s Off Street Parking Places Order 2022
The Order came into effect in February 2022 and includes the introduction of parking charges in some of the car parks.
Parking Charges can be seen for each car park via the Car Park Directory on this page.
Parking charges apply to all users, including blue badge holders and electric vehicle drivers.
Payment for parking may be made;
- By card at the Pay and Display machines in the car parks (no cash)
- via RingGo by phone, text, online or app
Season tickets may also be purchased from RingGo for parking in the long stay car parks.
