Polesworth Fitness Hub is located in the heart of Polesworth, situated at Hall court, behind the village library.
The fitness hub offers a fully equipped community gym, comprising of cardio-vascular zone with running machines, exercise bikes, rowing machines and cross trainers.
There is a multi-functional free weights area comprising of fixed weight resistance machines, dumb bells ranging from 2kg-50kg.

Please note: Polesworth fitness classes take place at Polesworth sports centre and the gym is located at Poleworth fitness hub.

Monday - Friday: 6.30am - 9.00pm
Saturdays: 8.00am - 4.00pm
Sundays: 8.00am - 4.00pm
Please note: Reception is closed 45 minutes before the centre closes.
