INDUCTIONS:
These sessions are under the supervision of a qualified instructor and designed to the individual’s requirements and level of experience.
The instructor will provide explanations and demonstrations on the use of the equipment, and a personalised exercise programme will be created for you, giving you the self-assurance to continue with your work outs.
PROGRAMMES:
All gym users are welcome to book a session with our instructors who will be happy to tailor a fitness programme in-line with your individual health and fitness goals.
REVIEWS:
We strongly recommend that our gym users routinely engage in a review of their fitness programme. This enables them, and our instructors, to ensure that they are achieving, or aiming towards, their fitness objectives.
