The 'Home Instead' memory cafe is hosted at the Memorial hall in Atherstone leisure complex every Wednesday 10.30am-12.30pm.

The memory cafe offers a place where people can come together in a supporting friendly environment, with others that are in similar circumstances. By talking and finding out how others deal with things, people can better manage their own situations.
Every week we offer members different activities such as painting, singing and dancing to name a few.
We have regular 'Love to Move' sessions using bilaterally asymmetrical movement patterns which are believed to improve cognition.
We are also supported by organisations and health care professionals on a regular basis.
