About the service
We provide a flexible, reliable and low cost local emptying service for residential properties and business which are not served by a public sewer.
We can collect up to 10,000 litres per emptying and we charge according to the strength of the waste and payment type. Severn Trent Water will determine how strong your waste is. Your first emptying will be charged as standard strength and is then changed if Severn Trent classify it as weak.
There are two ways to pay:
Direct debit service
Set up a direct debit for a minimum of just one emptying per year and:
- Save money
- Spread payments over 12 months
- Save time - your waste will be collected without you having to request it
Standard strength waste - £267 per load
Weak strength waste - £160 per load
Any extra emptyings will be charged at your usual rate.
'Pay as you go' service
Our pay as you go service is £290 per load regardless of strength. Your waste will be collected within 10 working days.
Important information
The vehicle which will visit the property has a laden weight of 16 tonnes. You should ensure that surfaces the vehicle will drive over or stand on are suitable for this heavyweight. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a service if the vehicle needs to travel over unpaved areas.
