North Warwickshire Borough Council is part of the Countywide HEART partnership, delivering assistance in the form of grants and loans, to support safe, healthy and independent living.

Assistance can include –
- Adaptations for disabled people, like stair lifts, level access showers etc., plus small aids and equipment
- Home Safety Checks, and a subsidised handy-person service
- Energy efficiency schemes and grants for insulation, boilers and heating systems
- Warm and Safe Homes (W&SH) grants, to remove serious hazards
