Publication Scheme and Transparency Guide

A publication scheme is a description of the information that a public authority routinely makes available. Public authorities must adopt the model publication scheme produced by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Information required as part of the Transparency Code for local authorities is also included here.

The list below shows the information we regularly make available free, online unless otherwise stated, with any alternative sources. Charges may apply where a printed copy is requested. Our web pages are currently being revised and this guide is subject to change.

Internet access is provided in our One-Stop Shop, The Council House, South Street, Atherstone CV9 1DE and at Community Hubs, if you do not have access. The information can also be made available in large print, audiotape and may be translated on request.

If you cannot find the information that you think should be made routinely available on our website, please contact us via Customer Services, or the service contacts stated on the relevant webpage.
