Property in disrepair
What is meant by disrepair?
A property may be in disrepair because:
- it has fallen into disrepair over time
- it has been damaged
- it has been vandalised
- there has been a fire or a flood
It is for the Valuation Office to determine if a property is in disrepair to such an extent that the property's rateable value requires amending. For more information, please visit the Valuation Office website.
